Lead Views

  1. Understand the 4 views

  • All: every lead (e.g., 245 total).

  • Open: leads without any of these tags: Working, Qualified, Not Qualified (e.g., 228).

  • Working: leads tagged Working Lead.

  • Qualified: leads tagged Qualified.

  • Not Qualified: leads tagged Not Qualified.
    You can also see each lead’s tags in the right-side panel.

  1. Use the views to triage

  • Click Open to see untouched/un-tagged leads.

  • Click Working to see leads you’re actively chasing.

  • Click Qualified or Not Qualified to see finalized decisions.

  1. Mark a lead as “Working”

  • Open a lead (e.g., JoshTest18).

  • Scroll to Tags → add Working Lead.

    • This means you’re in back-and-forth, still gathering info, or trying to reach them.

  1. Verify it appears in the Working view

  • Go back to the lead list.

  • Click the Working tab; the lead should now be listed there.

  1. Promote or disqualify when ready

  • When a lead is ready, add Qualified.

  • If it’s not a fit, add Not Qualified.

  • Removing those tags will return it to Open (if no other status tag remains).

  1. Keep “Open” clean

  • Regularly tag new/untouched leads so Open stays a quick to-do bucket.

  • Use Working to track active follow-ups; move to Qualified/Not Qualified once decided.
