ServiceFire (Sales Team) — Quick Tour & How to Log In (Video 1)

Action Steps (Do these after you watch)

1) Log in with your email (no password)

  1. Go to app.servicefireinc.com

  2. Enter your work email (it should already be in the system).

  3. Click Sign In.

  4. Check your inbox for the Magic Link email.

  5. Click Login in that email to enter the app.

Notes:

  • No password is required.

  • The magic link may land in a Notifications tab/folder depending on your email setup.

2) Confirm you’re seeing your dashboard data

  1. Click Dashboard.

  2. Verify the analytics are showing your proposals only (not everyone’s).

What you’ll see on the dashboard:

  • Total proposals created

  • Proposal value

  • Total closed (counts when a proposal is marked Accepted)

  • Closed value

  • A breakdown by proposal type

  • Date filters (including quick ranges like Last 30 Days)

3) Review your proposals list (table view)

  1. Go to Proposals.

  2. Scan the list for key columns:

    • Proposal name

    • Type

    • Status (Sent / Accepted / etc.)

    • Cost

    • Prospect name

    • Created time

    • Edit option

Tip: You can resize/shrink columns to make the list easier to scan.

4) (Optional) Use Kanban view to update proposal status

  1. In Proposals, switch to Kanban view.

  2. Drag and drop a proposal card between columns to update its status.

5) Understand what happens when a proposal is accepted

  • When a proposal is changed to Accepted, the system automatically:

    1. Creates a Job

    2. Creates a Job Task List associated with that job

Where to find these:

  • Jobs = jobs tied to proposals you’re associated with

  • Tasks = task list created per job to track what needs to happen next

6) Use Notes the right way (and know where they show up)

  1. Go to Notes.

  2. Filter notes by:

    • My Notes

    • Team Notes

    • All Notes

  3. If a note is linked to a proposal / job / task, it will also appear inside that related record (so everything stays connected).

7) Check Notifications when you’re tagged

  1. Go to Notifications.

  2. Review anything you’ve been tagged in from Notes.

  3. Clear notifications when you’ve handled them.

Also:

  • New notifications can pop up in the top area of the app, and you can view them from there as well.

8) Update your profile (quick housekeeping)

  1. Go to Profile

  2. Update:

    • Name

    • Photo

    • Any other visible details
